Citizens’ dialogue
“True is not what A says, but what B understands.”
Paul Watzlawick
Stuttgart 21, runway West at Frankfurt Airport, the Northern European natural gas pipeline NEL up to the energy transition…. The history of all these major projects and their technical innovations is decided at the end of all days by the acceptance of fewer stakeholders.
MEMOCINE combines its many years of experience in conflict and acceptance researchto get companies, residents, politicians, media and scientists to a round table. In doing so, we support the dialogue between the parties to the dispute both prophylactically before the start of a major project and in the role of mediator and crisis managerwhen communication threatens to falter.
For this purpose, we create a communication master plan, organize future workshop, citizen information events, planning games, white papers, e-participation as well as crisis project management and mediation. Of course, this also includes the Neighbourhood Dialogue, a local interest group such as the Citizens’ Office and the project hotline.
